As a Network Engineer I provided support on Network Vantage (Network Monitoring Software) at clients such as Dimension Data, Vodacom, Telkom and Tiger Brands to mention a few.

I worked as a field support engineer providing support for their clients countrywide. I mainly did infrastructure support for the PEPKOR group countrywide.

I was exposed to physical setup of the internal hardware and software systems alongside maintenance such as backups and end-user support.

I was responsible for telephonic / helpdesk support on Microsoft Operating systems and qualified as a Microsoft Certified Professional at the time. I specialised in DOS, Windows for Workgroups and Microsoft Networking.
