Mechanical Engineer by education; HR manager / Business Development manager by skills and a recent MBA graduate. Before my MBA, I joined an IT company that my friend had started and was thinking about shutting it down. I started marketing (cold calling, writing cold emails, freelancer, Upwork) our skills all over the internet 20 hours(literally) a day. 3 months later I land my first client and the story continued for next 5 years. I learned everything on the job which was a lot of different positions with no title. I learned how to hire people (with less than 5% churn rate) which was incredible for us being a 3 man company, I learned the basics of accounting, learned to position myself in the market and most importantly understood the importance of creating value for the society. My skills with Client Management and Talent Acquisition and Attraction saw us develop into a 14 people workforce before I decided to move to Germany for my MBA. It makes me happy now to see all my former employees doing well in the respective areas. During my MBA I decided I would like to work closer to society and its foundations (Nature / Health / Education / Food). So, I am looking to build (or be part of) projects in these areas.
