Involved in, and leading, several projects within Kårservice's strategic initiative to develop a new business area. Working closely with the CEO and the Head of Business Development to achieve success — for example, as Project Manager for Reversed Fair.Reversed Fair is an initiative that provides businesses and employers the opportunity to connect with university students, discuss future competencies and explore potential collaborations. Over the course of 10 months, I planned the entire fair from scratch, resulting in nearly 100 participants.

Female Student Acceleration Program is an exclusive network for talented women studying in the fields Information Technology, Management Consulting, Business and Service Design.Over the period of a year, through workshops, presentations and challenges, CGI provides a set of tools, hands on experience and practical insight for the students to use during their remaining time at the university as well as a kick start to their career.

As the project manager, I planned and coordinated one of Sweden's largest career fairs in collaboration with students at Linköping University. LARM, featuring over 150 companies, involves approximately 200 voluntarily engaged students and has a turnover of over 5 million SEK.I was legally and financially responsible for LARM. Other responsibilities were recruiting the project group, and leading the organization throughout the preparation and execution process.—By working full-time at LinTek, I have also contributed to the work of the student union. Primarily, focusing on strategic work building relationships between students at LiU and the business sector in the long term, continued development of the organization and promote student benefits for the students at LiU.

Supervisor for summer workers, youth aged 16-18 years. Introduced youths to their first jobs and were responsible for their attendance. Planned and executed 11 weeks of work including meetings, work tasks, organization/cleaning etc.
