▪ Team implementation of AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship) with core level certification. ▪ Lead the implementation of carbon neutrality certification. ▪ Lead the implementation of the project “zero waste to landfill”. ▪ Implement, develop and Sustain Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal Environmental, Health and Safety management system in compliance with PMI EHS requirements and local laws and regulations. ▪ Ensure continuous improvement of Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal EHS performance, by setting objectives, implementing strategy, plans, initiatives, communications and EHS trainings, to ensure compliance/consistency with global and local EHS policy. ▪ Ensure compliance with EHS related laws and legislation, advise and represent site management in matters concerning compliance with EHS regulations and maintain professional relationships with related authorities. ▪ Lead the implementation of new EHS standards (Lock Out Tag Out, Contractors Management, Pedestrian and Mobil equipment’s, PPE, Signage, Environmental Impact Assessment, OHS risk Assessment, Machines safety) and Incident Elimination Daily Management System tools (Safety Trigger, Quick Risk Prediction, Digital Behavioral Observation System, Safety Map) in line with OPEN PLUS requirements. ▪ Review and sustain procedures and EHS operational control programs according PDCA system and in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. ▪ Organize and coordinate internal EHS audits and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Certification.

▪ Manage the EHS organization and core activities to continuously improve EHS performance, by setting objectives, implementing site strategy, plans, initiatives, communications, and trainings, to ensure compliance/consistency with global and local EHS policy. ▪ Coordinate audits, inspections, risk assessment, visits, CHST committee, drills, near miss and incident management, and follow-up actions to ensure their completion in due time. ▪ Lead the implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety management in line with Total Standards, ISSSRS referential and local laws and regulations. ▪ Coordinate Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 certification. ▪ Ensure compliance with EHS related laws and legislation, advise, and represent site management in all matters concerning compliance with EHS regulations and maintain professional relationships with authorities.

▪ Manage and train production team, ensure production are performed in line with legal, EHS and quality requirements. ▪ Follow-up production KPI’s, collaborate with sales department to satisfy customers. ▪ Coordinate with others similar company to ensure availability of our gas bottles by exchange.

▪ Manage team of boiler’s operators, generator’s operators and ensure energy and utilities availability into the factory in line with EHS rules into the plant ▪ Coordinate the maintenance activities and legal periodical verification of equipment’s into the plant.
