Job Duties:• Developing Managed Cloud Solutions with different packages to suit customers of different sizes.• Working with customers and system integrators on end-to-end networking projects, this includes: Routing & Switching, Wireless, Security and Unified Communications.• Offering consultations about Public and Private Hosted Communication Solutions. • Managing all complicated and multilayers projects where multiple systems need to be integrated on different phases.• Participating in solution's design and integration while considering the market’s requirements and competition.• Developing annual marketing plan to target the right audiences and position “Mondo” solutions on top of all competitive systems. • Continuously studying market’s competition to ensure our systems are up to date and packaged as expected.• Receiving customer’s feedbacks to make sure “Mondo” solutions meet their expectations.• Supervising technical and sales team in all production and sales cycles.

Job Duties:• Gathering information, putting the design and explaining the solution to the account team or to the end customer as needed. • Specialized in Unified Communications, Routing & Switching, Wireless and Security. • Responsible for mentoring part of the new SEs in the team.• Working with Cisco partners on deploying and optimizing new setups.

Job Duties:• Leading the technical tasks among Inside Sales department. • Gathering information and putting the design.• Conducting conference call or visiting the customer to explain and discuss the solution.• Helping inside sales team to achieve their quota by qualifying the deals and focusing on mature customers.

JOB Duties:• Managing a multi-countries technical team. • Conducting Switching, Routing and Security Training Courses for key customers.• Supporting partners and major customers in post-sales tasks.• Designing Networking and Security solutions (TippingPoint and Security Switches).• Supporting company’s Account Managers. • Conducting presentations about company’s products/technologies and solutions.• Working directly with strategic customers to open new opportunities and develop/maintain current accounts.• Supporting partners for small and medium business as our channel to the market.
