Main Responsibilities:Conduct On-Site Audits (SEDEX Audit, BSCI Audit and other customer Audits) - Perform thorough on-site inspections of apparel garment facilities to assess compliance with corporate social responsibility standards.Evaluate Labor Practices - Assess and ensure fair labor practices, including adherence to working hours, efficiency bonus, piece rate and overall worker well-being.Environmental Impact Assessment Evaluate and monitor the environmental impact of garment production processes, ensuring adherence to sustainability and environmental responsibility standards.Social Compliance Training - Provide guidance and training to relevant personnel on social compliance standards and best practices.Supply Chain Compliance - Verify and ensure that the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to manufacturing, meets CSR requirements.Documentation Review - Review and analyse records, reports, and documentation to confirm compliance with established CSR policies and procedures. Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, highlighting areas of compliance and improvement, and recommend corrective actions.Audit Planning and Scheduling - Plan and schedule audits effectively, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant aspects of CSR standards.Risk Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential CSR risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CSR practices and work with relevant parties to implement enhancements.

Buyer Handled – Mango, WE & AdlerProduct Handled – Men’ shirt, Kid’ shirt and Pants• Product development on the basic of new trends, technique as per buyer requirements.• Preparing TNA and closely monitoring the same in order to meet the committed DD.• Ordering bulk fabric & trims (domestic & import) and follow up the same to hit on time shipment. • Fabric/Trimming testing and get approval from buyer. It any other artwork (EMB & Printing) includes in new order, sending to buyer and get approval.• Samples monitoring includes DEV sample, proto sample, Fit sample, Washed approval sample, AD sample, PP sample, TOP sample, Aitex sample & GPT sample.• Following up the buyer comments to get improvement in bulk production.• Coordinate with production team to have a review meeting for better production planning, line planning & delivery execution from factory towards the target date.• Working with team to prepare soft copy and hard copy for production team to follow up the bulk production.• Checking the bulk production sample to make sure the Quality Assurance.• Using well the buying team E-Platform to order UBI sticker, manage the loading plan and container booking.• Following with 3rd party inspection as per buyer instructions.• Coordinating with logistics for schedule of booked shipments to ensure timely cargo delivery.• Coordinating with all internal departments for smooth execution of orders.• Short shipment & Over shipment Report together with OCR report detail to buying team and maintain records of every order for the future reference.
