I have the will, and I quickly acquire the skills, for taking responsibility and for delivering what is really needed. It has been possible because I always have my eyes open to whether the way I work or the solution I deliver really is the best or if it could be better, and because I have the ability to understand and analyse complex technical and commercial problems. I find good and simple solution to complex problems, rather than the opposite. For several years i worked as an external engineering consultant primarily within the wind industry for clients such as Siemens Gamesa, Vestas, Bach Composite, and others. I have previously worked a Product Manager at Morsø Jernstøberi A/S. Here I had the responsibility of developing and implementing the new brand – Morsø Living. My tasks were primarily to lead a wide range of development project with engineers, external designers, and foreign sub suppliers. Before this I have designed and constructed children’s toys. It means a lot to me to be able to cooperate with people across different professions, departments, and organizations and I thrive by establishing new contacts. I am very good at seeing a case from different perspectives, and do my best to respect other's opinion and profession. I am not afraid of cutting to the bone, and I therefor stand out as a natural leader that gathers the strings, ties the nut, and makes sure that action is taken.► SPECIALITIES3D Modelling, Business Understanding, Change Processes, Concept Development, Creating Business Concept, Idea Development, Innovation Processes, Market Analysis, Mechanical construction, Organizational Development, Process Optimizing, Product Development Projects, Product Maturing, Production documentation, Production drawings, Production technology, Project Management, Requirement specification, Serial Production, Stakeholder Management, Strategy, Supplier Contact, Wind Power, Turbine Components, DFM, DFA
