Breaking down the BoM of each turbine to find repeated design, created a matrix and software to analyze, handle, and prepare the data for next step.

Responsible for maintaining and developing Morsø’s portfolio of wood burning stove accessories. Within the first year I changed a development of falling turnover and cleaned out the warehouse of slow moving products.Responsible for developing the new business area: Morsø Living. Building this business area up from the ground, I followed new products in all aspects from idea to market entry; herein product and production maturing, sales force training and presentation at trade fairs. I constructed all products in SolidWorks, and through cross-departmental teamwork I involved the wide knowledge of the R&D-department, who has an extensive knowledge of productions techniques and processes, in order to reach the right solution for each product.
