Responsible for establishing a KSC’s goals and strategies and presiding over the entire workforce. Oversees budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated. Ensures departments meet individual goals. Responsible for overall accountability to KSC Team and Students.Oversee all other Top Hierarchy and Heads, Asst. Job Responsibilities: -• Follow up with supplier.• Negotiate on rates with Supplier.• Maintain records of invoices.• Making P.Os / D.Os. • E-mails regarding import shipments / queries.• Dealing with Banks regarding L/Cs and T/T.• Monitor all the critical items include Electrical, Mechanical, Projected Items, Supplies, Packaging Stuff & Raw Material.• Meet day by day urgencies to meet production requirement & for smoothing running of production.• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.• Purchasing all packaging items & coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.• Look after all packaging matter such as Cartons, Pet Bottle, Pouches, Polyethylene & some engineering item of packaging machine.• Make good relation with suppliers & maintain their records.• Working to create and promote a safe working environment.• Monitor all the inventories of Supplies & Raw materials.• Coordinate with finance department for timely payment of Vendors & Suppliers.• Monthly meeting with all Raw Material Vendors for monthly order & scheduling.• Market visit for new & direct sources.• Coordinating all staff relating with Marketing Staff for upcoming product strategy.• Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain.
