Responsibilities:● Responsible for the business analysis, design and development of web-based applications and training a team of Business Analysts for Clarica Financial Services.● Utilized SAS, Crystal Reports and Business Objects for the provision of data management and reporting and designing system dashboards and KPIs for senior management and board members.Key Achievements:● Responsible for the design and development of:o New e-services components for a leading insurance company.o Integral customer facing web-based application MYB (Manage Your Benefits).o E-Claims multi-faceted web application for filing online claims.● Successfully trained 28 new employees on mainframe programming using COBOL, PL/1 and JCL.
