1- Managing the Voice business with Wholesale carriers from Mobile Operators, PTT,and Tier1,2,3.2- Knowledge on key changes in the international telecom termination market .3- Responsible for maintaining margin for the wholesale carriers under a specified monthly target.4- Closing the commercial deals with partners on monthly and Quarter basis.5- Follow day to day Customer operations, rates, routes, increases, decreases and all changes.6- Searching for all possible opportunities for the account growth, presenting and promoting client’s interests to the sales team.7- Continuous promotion for the company offers and services to the clients.8- Daily/Weekly follow-up to client’s interest for doing as much as possible a fruitful business together. 9- Hourly monitoring, and daily Traffic analysis using Variation reports and Volume Reports.10- Daily monitoring for client’s billing and budgets to avoid reaching credit limit and make netting (in case needed).11- Creating a good friendship with the Account Manager to exchange our needs in a reliable way.
