At the MISK Foundation, I had the privilege of being part of a transformative experience that has become the focal point for startup development in the MENA region, witnessing unprecedented growth. My role involved providing consultancy services to early-stage startups, guiding them towards growth, scalability, and disruption. As a startup mentor, I worked closely with nearly six startups, leveraging my expertise to assist them in building technology solutions and accessing essential resources.Having encountered numerous non-tech cofounders, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges they face and developed a deep understanding of their pressing inquiries. By offering guidance, I actively addressed critical technological obstacles, ensuring these entrepreneurs were directed towards the most effective path for success.

Allstars Digital Exchange revolutionizes the concept of financial instruments by offering Human performance as a primary asset, particularly within the Sports Industry. Our upcoming cryptocurrency, $ASC, will serve as the universal currency within our ecosystem.In my role, I have been instrumental in:- Worked as Tech Lead to pave the way using React, Redux, Next.js, TypeScript and for backend infrastructure with Node.js, Microservices, Redis, Postgres, Hadoop, CI/CD Azure Devops, Kubernetes, Istio and Apache Kafka.- Developed Cross platform application with the team for Android and iOS using React Native.- Defining the product roadmap and optimizing the onboarding journey experience, while identifying key business utility cases.- Implementing an Agile framework, combining Scrum and Kanban (Scrumban), to ensure efficient delivery processes.- Collaborating with the marketing team to establish meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the product, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and conversions.- Playing a central role in internal management, bridging cross-platform teams such as core management, product development, devops, marketing, operations, and sales. This has facilitated seamless communication, efficient delivery, and enhanced decision-making processes.- Managing vital business partnerships, including key stakeholders from MultibankGroup, while collaborating with the Chief Integration Officer (CIO) to introduce cutting-edge tools and frameworks that boost productivity within our technology stack.
