As a tier one security analyst I was responsible for triaging security events and investigating them using available tools. I was part of the security operation team which was responsible for managing cyber security program in CPE.

As a team lead, I was responsible for managing a team to maintain network services and also design and implement incident response plan for the university. I led the organization during the COVID-19 pandemic and supported over 10000 students during that time. Projects:-Designed incident response plan-Prevented cyber-attacks and reported the result to stakeholders-Increased the network services and protected them using best practices-Designed a NOC to monitor the network, hosts, servers and Internet connection-Designed and Implemented DMZ within the network and implemented network segmentation for the first time and changed the network architecture based on the network segmentation-Replaced old analog system telephony with VoIP server(Issabel)-Set up and managed ticketing system during Covid-19 pandemic lockdown-Designed and implemented internal procedures in process maker based on ISO21001
