I have throughout my life been a curious, positive and open-minded person who is passionate about learning and gaining insights to excel. My curiosity helps me to learn about my surroundings and the organisational context in which I operate. I am constantly gaining knowledge and insights that I use in my work to analyse processes, understanding gaps in knowledge and skills. I use these skills and knowledge to help colleagues find better solutions to their issues and improve their processes.I am currently part of the Knowledge management project at AFCA. Here I work on a multitude of Knowledge Management initiatives to transform AFCA into a fully digital workplace. They include: community building, capturing and uplifting explicit knowledge, employee experience through MS 365 online and more.
