With over 7 years of experience as a beloved primary school teacher in Japan and Mexico, I am passionate about fostering an inclusive society through education. I have a multi-dimensional knowledge and a flexible mindset to adapt to different contexts and needs, from theory to practice and from classroom to global.As a Project Officer/Educational Advisor at ChildFund Japan, I managed and provided logistic support for educational projects in Nepal, aiming to improve the quality and access to education for marginalised children and communities. I successfully developed and secured funding for several projects, including a GBP 55,000 annual grant from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I also organised and conducted teacher training in government schools in Nepal, enabling them to enhance their classroom practice. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in International Education and Development at the University of Sussex, focusing on the theories and practices of travelling pedagogies, national policies, and recontextualisation. I have a keen interest in researching educational policies and their implications for teacher professional development.
