CurrentAs a Technical Project Manager at a nonprofit organization that provides food assistance to the less fortunate people in the Metro Detroit area, I Led cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of a cloud-based web application, improving client management processes and streamlining organizational operations. I managed all phases of project execution, ensuring on-time delivery by aligning technical teams with organizational goals, optimizing resource allocation, and facilitating communication between teams and organizational leadership. Additionally, I work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to expand our outreach and impact in the community. With my strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to social justice, I am able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
