* Development of the STIT OPTIMA System : - Designed and implemented a comprehensive system to efficiently manage both semi-finished and finished production, while tracking customer orders, whether delivered or pending.This system enables the management of stock movements and warehouses through a well-organized overview, encompassing all types of documents (orders, entries, exits, returns).It also incorporates client and supplier management, production orders, and generates daily reports.By working closely on the ground, I gained in-depth knowledge of the industry's specific expertise, allowing me to transform paper-based processes into a fully digitized solution.Additionally, I developed a mobile version of the system tailored for the CEO, providing a comprehensive view of statistics, arrivals, and daily production per employee and machine.The system facilitates the monitoring of total production, assessment of employee targets, as well as the management of logistics and human resources, ultimately enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.* Website and Social Media Management : - Created and currently manage the company’s official website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), enhancing online visibility.* Production Analysis and Solution Facilitation : - Conducted in-depth production analyses and proposed innovative ideas and solutions to optimize operations.
