Developed and implemented the Cyber Educators Program a peer Education Internet Safety curriculum (for youth ages 12-18). Recruited and trained youth ages 14-21 to teach peers and parents Internet safety. Created and Chaired a Cyber safety committee at a local high school that included teachers, students, parents, staff, administrators so as to create a Cyber Safety Manual for the District. Created evaluation tools through pre/post surveys to confirm effectiveness. Collect data created reports for grant reports. Conducted hundreds of peer lead presentations to multiple area school districts. Expanded the Cyber Educators program to a fee for service program that has generated 45,000 dollars over the past year. To date the program has been presented to over 35,000 students and 5,000 Parents/Youth Service Providers in San Diego County and beyond.

Developed, recruited and maintained the North Coastal Prevention Youth Coalition with youth ages 14-18 to address at the community-level alcohol, tobacco, and other drug (ATOD) problems. Work in a team to successfully execute community-based ATOD prevention efforts of the Drug-Free Communities Program in Northern San Diego County.

Developed and implemented violence prevention curriculum for at risk youth from different cultural and social economic backgrounds. Advise youth on topics ranging from domestic violence, to sexual assault guiding them to the proper community outreach programs to receive further assistance. Conduct home visits to help parents talk to youth about the problems they are facing, including drug, gang, and family issues. Helped youth write, produce, and direct two plays that dealt with culturally sensitive topics, including gang prevention and parent child relationships with members ranging in age from 12- 18.

Managed group home facility developed and implemented new programs. Supervised and interacted with residents to foster motivation, provided positive reinforcement and engaged them in productive activities. Conducted constructive and rehabilitative meetings along with the therapists and practiced appropriate Pro-ACT techniques in conjunction with crisis intervention in a timely manner. Documented resident progress through incident reports, communication logs, behavior sheets and activity monitoring logs. Maintained effectiveness and consistency in all matters of safety and supervision, such as AWOL, suicide prevention, contraband, emergencies and medications to ensure compliance with the standards of the program.

Coordinated activities for members from various educational and social backgrounds. Set calendar of events each month with activities that challenged members both mentally and physically. Advised a student leadership club, which helped raise money for various programs in the community. Directed two plays with members ranging in age from 5- 17.

Managed and coordinated after-school programs through aggressive recruitment and outreach efforts that increased membership 100% within a 2-month time span. Designed and implemented innovative and strategic activities through teaching and facilitating daily activities that fostered membership. Supervised staff to increase program efficiency by channeling individual efforts and aligning them with organizational requirements.
