CurrentMy main goal is to efficiently and effectively create and propose lessons in a comfortable environment. In addition, focusing on the educational need of each student. Implementing strong leadership skills and classroom management will lead to students wanting to succeed and work harder, as other's will be eager to advance to a higher level of learning and techniques/strategies. I will support the families and students and remain consistent while teaching, learning, students engaging being in a positive atmosphere with excellent leaders.
