• Monitoring and maintaining equipment’s with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities. • To plan and arrange and mobilize to the work site along with requisite manpower, material comprising of equipment, tools.• Steering activities related to Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) & Shutdown Planning• Review of milestones and reasons for delay, if any• Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment / lines to increase machine up-time & equipment reliability• Studying engineering designs to develop Scopes of Work (SOW).• Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.• Evaluation of Vehicles and equipment’s.• Tracking of vehicles and equipment’s.• Updating all the maintenance records as per the ISO standards. • Updating of data concerning the certification of machines and equipment’s, by validity of said certification.• Directing and leading the technical personnel, imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency• Conducting safety awareness and tools handling training to workforce.

Project on Line management and Process improvement of fillet rolling machine. Following Production activities, Quality procedures by TQM, 5s and 6Sigma, Implementing KAIZEN activities, Total Productive maintenance of Machines by Red and Blue tag systems.
