More than 20+ years of experience advising companies on all aspects of competition law and other regulatory matters. I have successfully represented companies and individuals in regulatory investigations and proceedings. I have gained significant experience in dealing with all aspects of cross-border M&A transactions as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Sector-specific experience includes diversified industries, defence, financial services and pharmaceuticals. Previous experience includes setting up and managing the legal department of a Danish-based insurance company with significant cross border activities. As part hereof, I provided strategic advice to the executive management, the board of directors and other stakeholders on key issues, including outsourcing and governance, as well as interacting with EU and national regulators. More recently, I have been involved in advising one of the biggest European players within digital payments on corporate and M&A-related transactions.
