Director and P&L responsible for NCR PMS (Petrol Management Systems), which is NCR’s European ”Center of Expertise” within sales, development and support of integrated solutions for downstream petrol industry.Key expertise:- financials (P&L for business unit, proposal, contract, resource-planning, Sarbanes Oxley)- sales / key account management (export to Eastern Europe, Business Impact Modelling, board-presentations)- product marketing (competitive analysis, documentation, quality assurance and control, product strategy)- HR (management of engineers, sales & pre-sales, technical people and administrative people)

Partner in ICT which is a joint-venture company, established by 3 key-people from CR Systems, together with international investors. Main product is data communication cards with associated software. Tasks comprised the following:- prepare Business Plans with associated sales-and marketing plans.- establish distribution channels- identify and describe product/market-niches

Sales / marketing responsible. The product is data communication "gateways", and the primary segment is Travel and Transportation (airlines and travel agencies).
