Information Architecture & Ux Design Co-Op
iFactory specializes in building websites and complex CMS solutions for a range of education and nonprofit clients. As an information architect, I developed sitemaps, taxonomies and navigation flows to make the content more accessible for users. Additionally, I worked on all aspects of UX research, from developing personas to conducting usability tests. Using Axure, I built wireframes and prototypes for key pages of the site. As an integrated member of the team, I presented work directly to clients on a weekly basis, always framing solutions to build consensus.
Project Lead
I led a five-month engagement with Everyday Speech, an online learning platform for autistic students. I served as project lead on a team of five, working to build their website and brand. My role covered account management and creative direction as well as UX design. I ran the whole process in Agile, managing the development and design workflows in tandem.
Ux Design Associate
Focusing on user experience design, my role at SYPartners stretched across a number of teams. Internally, I optimized the information architecture and UX of the SYPartners website to reflect a new brand story. I also helped prototype and launch an internal app for employees. I was integral to the process, from sketching and ideation to developing a deployment strategy and user testing. For the product team, I worked on both experience and visual design for the re-launch of Unstuck, a popular online course. I also focused on content strategy, revamping their historically text-based newsletter with new interactive content that was optimized for gathering analytics.

As a new and rapidly growing endeavor on campus, I helped position Scout as a champion of design thinking at Northeastern and a resource for students across all majors. After implementation, the site saw stronger conversion rates and significant increase in average cart size.
Chairman Of The Youth Advisory Board
Over almost four years, I worked closely with Jim Killoran, the director of Habitat Westchester, to expand the High School Volunteer Program. By my senior year of high school, I was overseeing a board of 20 leaders across districts in the county. This board facilitated the community service efforts of more than 1000 students across almost a dozen build sites and community gardens. I was awarded the "Youth Leader of the Year" award at the 25th Anniversary Gala.
Research Intern
During a one-month internship at Hubspot, I worked on a research project analyzing the complex source of leads that HubSpot handles on a monthly basis. By using market saturation as a starting point, I developed multiple strategies for the rapidly growing startup to widen the funnel of incoming leads. This analytical work was well received by both the marketing and content teams at HubSpot and is currently being used to boost lead generation.
Founder; Askmore
Working with a team of 4, I built AskMo.re, an app that works to facilitate live Q&A at conferences and events. Using the web app, audience member can submit questions and then vote up and down on the questions that they feel are most pertinent.
