Job Title: Administrative Systems Developer & IT : Tasks and Responsibilities:Python Development for Administrative Solutions:Design and implement Python-based solutions to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.Develop and maintain web applications using Python frameworks (such as Flask or Django) to support internal management and customer-facing systems.Automate repetitive administrative tasks through Python scripts to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.Web Development & Design:Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring they are functional, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.Manage website content and ensure timely updates, ensuring that web pages are responsive and aligned with SEO best practices.Utilize Python and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to develop web applications and tools for both internal and external use.IT Support and Maintenance:Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure the smooth operation of office systems, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.Ensure timely setup and configuration of printers, ensuring network connectivity and resolving any hardware-related issues.Perform routine system updates, backup checks, and security monitoring to ensure systems remain up to date and secure.Manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls for company systems.Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT support and equipment procurement as needed.
