- Developing project closeout checklist- Monitoring contractors’ performance during the construction to be matched with proposed plans- Participating in weekly meetings to report the status of the projects

- Supervising the ground-up construction of two apartment buildings. Managing day-to-day activities of the job sites- Creating daily reports and presenting them to upper management of the company and the stakeholders- Attending weekly meetings and scheduling the projects for the upcoming week.
