I'm a dedicated back-end developer who's had the privilege of taking on a range of responsibilities, contributing to some exciting projects. My journey has revolved around making systems work seamlessly together and ensuring users have a great experience. Here's a snapshot of what I've been up to:At Exacall, I've been fortunate to play a part in the success of the omnichannel application and customer engagement platform. My focus has been on integrating third-party APIs to add new features to the system. I've had the pleasure of:- Bringing WhatsApp into the omnichannel application using 3rd party company Messagebird API.Expanding the system's reach by integrating Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business channels through the Messagebird API.- Collaborating with Botpress to introduce a chatbot that steps in when needed, improving overall communication.I also tackled the challenge of integrating a web phone system, This involved creating notifications for new calls and keeping track of interactions in phone logs.Behind the scenes, I set up a deployment process using Dokku PaaS on DigitalOcean. This was complemented by a backup strategy, making sure our data is safe and sound.In another venture, I was part of building the company portal, an e-commerce platform using OSS Spree E-commerce. It was an amazing experience:Making sure payment processing through the payment gateway was smooth and secure.Tailoring the platform to showcase our products and make them shine.Giving customers the ability to recharge their accounts through the portal using a Telephony System (VOIP).To keep things running smoothly, I managed the deployment of the application on DigitalOcean, using a mix of technologies that just work well together.My journey so far has taught me a lot, and I'm excited about the opportunity to keep learning and contributing to projects that challenge me in all the right ways.

Here's a snapshot of what I've accomplished:One of my significant contributions was assisting in the implementation of the "Halaqat" system at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. This experience provided insights into the intricacies of large-scale projects and their successful execution.I also took on the development of a report application that offers essential support to the main system. This application generates insightful statistics and charts for upper management using Ruby on Rails. Its user-friendly interface and visually appealing design make data analysis seamless.In an effort to enhance accessibility, I created a chat bot for the report application. This solution enables management to access reports effortlessly through the familiar platform of Telegram, demonstrating my dedication to user convenience.Furthermore, I crafted an application for managing events attendance at the Prophet's Mosque. Employing both Ruby on Rails and Kotlin for the Android app component, this cross-platform solution underscores my ability to work across different technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.These experiences have enriched my understanding of project execution, application development, and user-centric design.
