•Supervising and monitoring daily routine activities as per the project schedule.•Executing the works at the site as per the approved drawings, specifications, quality,and safety policies set by the Authorities•Organizing project resources such as manpower and materials within the constructionplan and budget.•Estimating costs for the project and creating the budget and cash flow for tendering asper drawings and specifications.•Evaluating supplier's offers to purchase site requirements.

•Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. •Monitoring and controlling maintenance budget.•Supervising the technical team.•Receive customer complaints and follow up to maintain the issues with health andsafety regulations.•Evaluate customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customersatisfaction.

•Study work specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.•Provide technical support using software such as AutoCAD.•Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they arefollowed correctly•Supervising construction activities for piles, rafts, columns, walls, slabs, beams, ramps,and stairs.•Supervising the technical team.•Prepare the required reports.•Prepare tenders documents.
