•• Plan, organize & set objectives for all activities within the quality compliance department for meeting the overall strategic goals.• Responsible for both the internal and external auditing program (Including raw material manufacturers, primary and secondary packaging material manufacturers and toll manufacturing sites).• Management of the standard operating procedures system.• Responsible for approval of all risk assessment studies at which any uncovered potential hazard is identified, analyzed, evaluated and controlled.• Responsible for frequent assessment of all aspects of the current quality management system against the latest guidelines, preparing gap analysis and updating it accordingly.• Responsible for the deviations system with the participation and approval of any relevant investigation. • Responsible for the change control system with the participation and approval of the relevant action plan.• Responsible for the complaints & recalls system with the participation and approval of any relevant investigation.• Responsible for the CAPA system control & follow-up.• Review & final approval of investigation reports for all out of specification, out of alert & out of trend results reported by the quality control department.• Review & approval of training plans for all quality unit staff.
