As a Branch in Charge (Managing all Branch parameter inside Sales, Collection, Admin, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Customer Relationship Management & Team Management)Handling a team of 5 members with the branch portfolio of 8000 accounts with the valuation of Rs.20 cores. Clearing Service (ECS)/Real time gross settlement systems(RTGS)/National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) Maintenance of cash balance as per Cash Retention Limit and DepositCheck vouchers to clear transaction and Cash Verificationon daily basis Reviews the strategic priorities and activities of the various operational programs to assess and identify potential risk to the Organization and branch level. For reviewing and assessing the control and practices as well as the procedures as per the annual audit plans Identify control and processes weakness, document main control points and provide evidential support for report recommendations.Analyze and evaluate the monthly control certificate from branches and rectify the gaps based on off-site observations.Preparing presentations about effective use of product and ability to communicate about the Product features and benefits and Preparing MIS, Business and Collection Tracking Reports also Support and involve in back office activities.
