- Thought Leadership: spearhead the development of World Learning's Global STEM Strategy to increase program offerings and organizational practice areas crosspollination (workforce development, civic engagement, basic education, exchange & TESOL).- Forge strategic partnerships to expand the reach of STEM programming globally.- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of STEM programs.- Lead business development and serve as the organization's external representative for STEM initiatives.

- Operations and finance quality management and compliance – Overseeing administrative, financial and operational processes to ensure required quality- Academic quality management – Setting and achieving strategic academic and business objectives for STEM Curriculum implementation, teacher education and student course programming. - Staff management towards quality program delivery – Building and nurturing a positive team culture conducive to achieving highest level of impact- Stakeholder engagement and business development – Working closely with donor, government officials and general public to expand impact

- Oversee project implementation including training, planning, curriculum design, monitoring and evaluation, and in-service professional development at the Algiers and Ouargla STEM Centers.- Deliver TESOL Certificate Course training across the country and abroad.- Design and deliver teacher training series adapted for the inquiry-based STEM curriculum based on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for more inclusive classrooms.- Manage Algeria-focused team of STEM volunteer mentors in designing, planning and delivering their STEM workshops with focus on UDL, PBL, and CLIL.- Research potential partnerships and funding opportunities for the organization.

- Design and implement STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) training programs for teachers, undergrad students, and deliver STEM related Career Planning training for undergrads. - Supervise implementation of the English Language Curriculum for underserved Algerian youth.- Create and deliver Continuous Professional Development teacher training workshops and TESOL Best Practices conferences for Algerian English language teachers.- Develop an online Google Apps-for-Education-based curriculum and mentor students online.- Budget development, IT coaching, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, cloud training and collaboration, STEM labs educational research.

- Design innovative English Language Curriculum for Algerian youth- Create and maintain cloud-based Continuous Professional Development Training program- Develop Career Planning training modules and deliver training- Lead and co-train English Language teachers on Best Practices in TESOL- Student Career Planning and Academic Portfolio development and supervision- Budget development, IT coaching, reporting, online training, and cloud collaboration

- Manage, train, and coach volunteer English Teachers on best practices in TESOL for at-risk youth- Develop and supervise online and in-person Teacher Development Workshops- Lead and co-train in intensive Teacher Training and Youth Engagement activities

- Program management – Oversee implementation and overall quality of World Learning Saudi Arabia education programs- Country office operations – Develop and carry out strategic plans and workflows ensuring operational and programmatic quality- Business development and public engagement – Build and maintain quality engagement of donors, partners and stakeholders towards project visibility and sustainability

- Develop training plans and workshop materials for course delivery- Facilitate training sessions, guided lesson planning, and feedback for teachers of English for speakers of other languages.- Carry out administrative responsibilities related to course setup, delivery, and closure - Conduct course assessment and reporting

- Administering lessons, facilitating learning and grading written tests and/or reports- Recommending best ways of learning and providing extra materials for students- Giving and evaluating placement tests for new students- Attending and presenting at Teacher Training sessions- Orienting new teachers: explain the school’s methods, grading system and how-to’s.- Discussing colleagues’ in-class issues, providing suggestions and following progress through observation classes and feedback seating- Working as ambassador of newly-learnt methods and acquired knowledge from ELT conferences (British Council, U.S. Embassy, and TESOL events)
