Supervising the installation of cabins and routers and main, edge switches. • Supervising on configurations all servers. • Configuration of access points and activation. • Installation of printers. • Management of IP telephone (call manager).

Activate the ADSL line for the service and Technical support for technicians and customers with all information required and Full troubleshooting with them by using some software like (ALCATEL . Huawei and Siemens) and many of other programs to solve faults for the modems, ADSL,FTTH Service and IPTV service like reconfigure the ports as upgrade or downgrade the speed , add the V-lans and edit all properties, work in all Modems configuration & work on management system for the IPTV service & FTTH service.
