As the Head of Customs Intelligence Department at the Egyptian Customs Authority (ECA), I lead a team of customs inspectors and analysts who are responsible for detecting and preventing smuggling and fraud activities across the country's borders and ports. I have over 17 years of experience in the customs field, and I have successfully handled multiple complex and high-profile cases involving various types of goods and violations.I have a strong educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Customs Culture, which enables me to apply advanced IT and analytical skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our customs operations. I also have excellent supervisory and consulting skills, which allow me to mentor and train new and existing staff, as well as to collaborate and coordinate with other government agencies and stakeholders. My mission is to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in the customs service, and to contribute to the national security and economic development of Egypt.
