I am a person with high determination. At the age of 13 i suffered from overweight, and i worked hard to overcome this obstacle in a 3 years progress until i was finally fit at the age of 16.As a teenage, i never wanted to quit school although bad financial status and unsupportable environment were blocking my path.I consisted on achieving academic success. I was a student at an Official High School that dreams really big. Time management was my key to success. I was really sure that earning educational success is worth the investment.I dreamed in passing my Official Exams and joining one of the best universities in Lebanon. I worked on both sides at the same year.Due to my financial status it was really hard to join one of the best universities in Lebanon, but finally i found the University Scholarship Program (USP).USP is a program that is made possible by the help of USAID. That provides a full scholarship, book allowance, dorms, laptop, and monthly stipends.The number of applicant was 900 and only 66 will be accepted according to many criteria (Official exams results, entrance exams, interviews and financial status). I was not supported by anyone and everyone made fun of me since being accepted is impossible according to them.I worked really hard until i was accepted in the program, and join one of the best universities in the region, Lebanese American University (LAU).I am now majoring in NURSING, since i am that person that is full with the love of giving, helping others, drawing a smile on patient's faces and protecting their interest when they cannot due to illness. Moreover, i am the person which believes in himself, works hard, dedicated and fueled with determination toward reaching his goals.
