As a Process & Production Engineer at Test Tooling Solutions Group, I work with design to plan and implement continuous improvement projects and jig and fixture for production. I use ERP software to control process flow and ensure output quality and lead time. I also monitor and train new technicians and operators on their job scope and prepare documents for ISO audits.I have 5+ years of experience in CNC engineering, where I collected data analysis and improved existing processes of machines. I also conducted periodic training, scheduled process changes and new products, and performed audit processes. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis in 2018, and I have certificate CADCAM software such as SolidWork and MasterCAM. I am passionate about working with people, learning new skills, and leading teams effectively.
