• Lead multiple New Product Development of medical device project.• Liaise with customers and coordinate with internal cross functional teams to meet requirements of new product.• Host weekly meeting between customer and internal teams to solve issue and share ideas.• Report, track and update the progress in term of changes, priority and strategy to meet the goals set.• Responsible to build relationship with customers and be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.• Prepare breakdown cost, manage quotation for all RFQ and price negotiation with customer.• Project planning, coordinate and ensure good control and progress of project.• BOM and other documents creation, revision control and maintenance.• Procure materials and equipment for new production floor, lead and build ESD production floor for medical device products.• Preparation for audit ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 in term of documentation and production floor readiness.

• Interpret Bill of Material (BOM) with technical drawings and engineering change notification (ECN) impact to quote price and submit quotations to customers.• Update “Material database” to ensure accuracy, up to date information is maintained in BOM.• Responsible for cost analysis, target costing, margin analysis, and tracking of cost of underlying activities.• Verifying BOM and performing validation on the monthly manufacturing costing data.• Manage RFQ, prepare costing, involve in bidding stage and work closely with sourcing, and engineering team to generate cost.• Provide ROI Report to top management.

• Lead and coordinate project. Responsible from start of RFQ process, NPI phase and up to mass production.• Act as a main communication window between customer and internal team. Coordination of cross functional team both internally and externally.• Manage RFQ and pricing with customer. Prepare costing for PCBA & Box Build, materials cost analysis with procurement team with better lead time, prepare PPV claim to customer.• Prepare project plan and drive internal team on project management to achieve customer requirement technically and delivery commitment.• Conduct and lead weekly meeting and teleconference with customer, Update project status and review open topics.• Actively engage in discussion and follow up on materials supply situation and readiness with procurement team.• Submit and follow up quotation, involve in bidding and manage of contract Term (NDA).• Maintain good customer relationship, ensure regular communication and explore new project opportunities from existing customer.• Ensure 4M (Man, Machine, Materials, Method) during quotation stage, NPI, and MP.
