• Supervise the operation of crude refining units (Fluid Catalytic Cracking, ChemicalTreatment of Kerosene/Gasoline/LPG MEROX, Asphalt Production & Cut-back,Tank Farm & Product Blending) as per UOP Standards.• Manage the operating team in order to meet product demand and specifications,while ensuring plant reliability and safety is fully met.• Process surveillance and troubleshooting, monitoring and analyzing processdeviations and respond to emergency situations.• Prepare periodic production and shutdown reports & compare yearly outcomes withpredefined objectives.• Follow up and Coordinate the workflow between operations, maintenance, HSE andquality assurance departments & ensuring all needed documentation is provided forplanned work.• Ensure safety operating practices and procedures are adhered to at all times, recordand report safety violations and incidents whilst adhering to PTW system at all times.• Train and assess new operators and technicians in the assigned units.• Writing, updating and documenting operating and emergency procedures.

• Review work packs for various planned mechanical scope of works and ensurecompliance with contract requirements.• Coordinate with client teams on site and ensure approval of all technical submittalson time.• Monitor and ensure availability of all approved for construction documents (PFD,P&ID, WPS, ASME, GA) , materials, tools and equipment with project site teams.• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules and regulations across all work sites &assessing safety conditions prior to starting work.• Coordinate and ensure completion of all inspections and tests as per project qualityplan and ITPs after coordination with QA/QC teams.• Monitor progress and status of planned jobs and prepare periodic reports.• Participate in site meetings and assist in solving technical and interface problems. Project Coordinator for Shell GTL – 2015 Major Turn-Around. Site Focal Point/Site Engineer for RasGas Flare Minimization Project (Piping).

 Performing Various Process Engineering Calculations. Using ASPEN Hysis and HTRI software packages for process/equipment specs designs.
