• Conduct manual and automated test cases for disk base system such as DXi 3500/5500/7500 series and Storage systems such as PX500 series and Superloader3 with DLT and LTO tape drives.• Execute detailed test cases for the testing of NAS and VTL backup systems.• Configure complex environment for automated testing and error injection. • Conducts automated and manual testing, and documents all test results against defined software specifications as part of verification of product quality.• Implements test cases based on leading edge techniques and statistical evaluation• Execute test cases and report results against desktop/online applications.• Filing defect report, analysis of failure and verification of fixes.• Create defect reports and feature enhancement requests.• Verify defect fixes and enhancement implementations.• Re-create field issues in the QA test environment.
