Project : KL Metropolis Residential, Jalan Duta Pavillion Damansara Height, Jalan Semantan (February 2019 – present)- Monitoring site works related with façade scope of works such as Actuator Ribbon Window, ACP installation and etc.- Supervise, inspect and oversee all facade items and work progress by subcontractor.- Attend project coordination meetings, discussion and planning work procedure.- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.- Reviewing Method of Statement and make sure subcontractor follow correct procedure for installation process.- Liaise with facade subcontractor and supplier on their work.- Scheduling and planning sub-contractor work at site- Supervise, inspect and oversee all facade items and work progress by subcontractor.- Attend project coordination meetings, discussion and planning work procedure.- Involved with installation and commissioning for façade work.- Responding on the faulty compliance from customer by arrangement of the subcontractor for site visit- Attend site inspection with subcontractor, consultant on the specification needed from client- Suggest the solution on the maintenance faulty report by client based on the site visit- Checking all the materials delivered at site must be in a very good condition. - Ensuring all the materials used and work performed as per specification.

Project : - KL Metropolis Residential, Jalan Duta- Pavillion Damansara Height, Jalan Semantan, Damansara.(February 2019 – December 2020)- Liaise with facade subcontractor and supplier on their work. - Scheduling and planning sub-contractor work at site - Supervise, inspect and oversee all facade items and work progress by subcontractor. - Attend project coordination meetings, discussion and planning work procedure. - Interpret construction and façade drawing - Involved with installation and commissioning for façade work. - Responding on the faulty compliance from customer by arrangement of the subcontractor for site visit - Attend site inspection with subcontractor on the specification needed from client - Suggest the solution on the maintenance faulty report by client based on the site visit- Familiar with aluminium façade installation like louvres, window, unitized panel, ACP, and etc.

Project : - Petronas Carigali HQ Building (PHASE 2B) Kerteh, Terengganu.- Drawbridge Tower, Kuala Terengganu.(March 2018 – January 2019) - Scheduling and planning sub-contractor work at site. - Participated in setting out, testing and commissioning for façade stone and ribbon window. - Reviewing Method of Statement and make sure subcontractor follow correct procedure for installation process. - Make sure all the materials especially curtain wall glass handling properly during delivery or installation process. - Checking all the materials delivered at site must be in a very good condition. - Attend site, coordination and safety meeting together with client, consultant and subcontractor. - Attend site inspection with consultant and main contractor for quality issues.- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.

Project : Xiamen University Sepang, Selangor(October 2015– 2018) - Arranging all the site activities including supervising and monitoring all the works.- Ensuring all the materials used and work performed as per specification.- Liaising with consultant, subcontractors and main contractor involved in the project in term of testing, discrepancies of drawing and technical issues.- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problem that may arise.- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.
