I finished my degree of Town Planning'from UITM Puncak Alam with 3.78 CGPA . In my final degree project, i am the Person In Charge (PIC) for Pedestrian Bridges project that able to attract interest by Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah to be implemented at Pulau Sebang area. In addition, I also have an excellent skill on using AutoCAD, QGIS, Sketchup and Lumion software together to produce the final product. To ensure I practice student life balance, among all, I have also been elected as the Secretariat, Exco and also the President of Town & Regional Planning Association (TRiPS) that has given me a lot of good experience and exposure in term of leadership and management skill. It has also enhanced my communication skill and also my self-confidence to face public and crowd. During my internship and part time work as Pekerja Sambilan Harian (PSH) at Majlis Perbandaran Kulim Kedah. After completing my bachelor study, i have work with urban planning consultant which is Urban Scale Studio Sdn Bhd. During working in Urban Scale, i have been involved in preparation for Conceptual Masterplan design process plus also the preparation of Urban Design Guidelines (UDG) document for planning permission application. I have experiences working on 30 project along working in Urban Scale and dealing with various client such as Sime Darby, UEM Sunrise, KH Land, BDB, SP Setia, PWC,NCIA and also government agencies. Plus, working in urban planning consultant has exposed me on behalf masterplan design process, unique selling point, planning permission process and strategies plus also how to make and design a good township with good development components and strategies. For Urban Design Guidelines (UDG) document, it is a new experiences for me preparing this document while working with Urban Scale.This document help developer to submit special submission such as Zero Setback to the local authority that if referring to the planning guideline, this submission will not be authorize but using this UDG document, this kind of submissions can be done with several presentation to the local authority. Conceptual masterplan will help developer to present the preliminary idea to convince local authority to enable the process of submission to be done in the detail layout design.
