- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.- Report to management regarding the finances of the company.- Establish the chart of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs, expenses and revenues to the actual results.- Create financial models for technical processes to determine costs of production in an effort to determine best long term solutions.- Staff payroll and social security, bank reconciliations, account receivables and payable, depreciation, inventory control.- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

- Record the accounting entries of vessels spear parts & bunker invoices.- Record the vessels crew payroll & review master cash book monthly.- Record all the payments & transfers that belong to the vessels suppliers and agents.- Prepare monthly Bank reconciliations for vessels bank accounts.- Interact with internal and external auditors in order to complete audits.- Enter currency ratios into the system on Daily basis.
