• Developed an Anaplan S&OP planning model and dashboard for Basilea Pharmaceutica AG that focuses on monitoring supplier OTIF (on time and in full) deliveries.• Collaborated closely with clients and held weekly meetings to tackle their supply chain problems, propose solutions, and share insights. • Utilized machine leaning to create promotion-based forecasts for a client which outperformed previously used techniques.• Developed the data and model for a supply chain simulation that shows the effect of key supplier KPIs on obsoletes, service level, financial benefits, and sustainability. Upon creating the data, commercial and academic dashboards were developed using PowerBI and were presented to firm partners.
