QA focuses on improving the processes to deliver Quality Products to the customer. An organization has to ensure, that processes are efficient and effective as per the quality standards defined for software products.• Quality Assurance is also responsible as an internal audit by ISO certification (9001:2015), to ensure the proper and right implementation of the system. To maintain the same requirements throughout the semester or the year, so the company can achieve the goals and targets, as well as maintaining the ISO certification.

I started working while i continued my studies in a factory that we own. It's a plastic Thermoforming factory. I began my work by observing the circle and the chain of work. I didn't like the way work was applied and especially the procedures and the way data is collected and processed. So I began to change everything in this department (quality control). But then I realized that the problem doesn't only exist where I currently am, but the problem was a major miss-communication between all the existent departments...So after a year of observing and searching for the right and simple rules and procedures, I began my first real job under the title of production officer. For one and half year approximately I applied everything I learned and searched for... Then I began to work under a new title as production manager for two and half years approximately. During these two years I also established a new department (HR Department), I also covered and developed new system and ways in the stock Department (concerning delivering and receiving items, row materials, products, etc...)After five years in total (working in the production, quality control, maintenance and stock department) I started new challenge and new work under the title of 'General Manager'. I felt strong and I had all the power needed to start making new and deep changes in the factory... why I felt so strong and free is because although the factory is owned by us and to my father, but he always treated me as one of his employees, very strict and conservative when anything touches his rules or changing something he believed in. But with my new title I had the capabilities and the ideas to argue him and make my points concerning the future of the company...After 7 years of hard working, learning and searching I made my first step by shifting our Factory from family to corporate business, and launching a new brand under the name of “ Nuovo Plast “ and more is yet to come…
