In this role, I coordinated activities between the regional purchasing organization and the site/brand-specific cross-functional team to enable timely implementations of serial changes across AGCO products.My tasks included collecting information regarding serial changes, tracking the implementation of the changes, and participating in cross-functional team meetings to evaluate the best possible solution for technical changes and timing of the changes. I worked closely with the Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to ensure a smooth implementation process.Working in this role taught me the importance of communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. I am grateful for the experience and skills I gained, and I look forward to bringing them to my new role
