Preparing all financial reports like balance sheet , income statement , cash flow ....

Perform general accounting activities including but not limited to journal entries, payable, fixedassets, inventory control, cost accounting, in addition to reconciliations. Control and sustain the accuracy and compliance of accounting records and ensure coherence withthe group policies, processes and procedures. Prepare the timely drafts related to the financial statement, monthly report, management report,cost center comparison report and share with upper management. Control the Cash Closing Statement and ensure that the cash ledger balances match with the banknotes and checks physical count. Analyze inventory discrepancy report prepared and submitted by the Accountants and takeappropriate actions. Compile, input and post monthly journal entries. Reconcile periodically the bank accounts, suppliers, sub-ledgers accounts, accruals accounts, etc. Maintain the petty cash by paying expenses that match within the company policies and procedures. Handle the payments preparation processes and documentations. Match the daily bank deposit with cash collected and check bank positions. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Handle proper physical and electronic archiving system. Supervise inventory physical count. Prepare the Monthly VAT declarations draft and submit to the CFO for approval. Assist in the Audit mission by preparing the needed documents and statements requested .
