🎓My journey in Bio-Health and Infectious Diseases began during my doctoral studies, where I specialized in navigating complex big data landscapes to derive insights for informed decision-making. 🧬Over four years, I contributed to virtual screening and lab experiments, publishing eight papers and focusing on drug discovery from microorganisms, aiming to automate microbial genome annotation for antibiotic resistance.🧫A highlight was my research on antibiotic-resistance genes in Candidate Phyla Radiation (CPR) microorganisms, revealing prevalent metallo-beta-lactamase (MBL) sequences.
