1. The project I started with is establishing the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 for two companies; SAYL Real Estate Development Company, and KAFAA Facility Management Company.2. Conducting training/awareness sessions to raise the quality culture among the staff in the organization.3. Conducting workshops with the teams/function owners to do process mapping and SIPOC for all functions.4. Leading the monitoring and maintenance of the system after establishment. This includes internal audits, documentation, external audits, NCR investigation, and control-setting.5. Establishing the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System based on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

• Starting from 2015 till the end of 2022, and with the commitment of operation and HSE Teams, the number of accidents and Lost days due to accidents was gradually reduced to ZERO (We had a record of ZERO LTDA on the shop floor in 2019 and ZERO accidents in 2021).• Leading all QHSE-related activities in the JV facilities (Dammam Plant and Dubai Plant) • Delivering necessary awareness sessions and training to the company staff at different levels.• Planning HSE team advancement and supervising their progress.• Supervising investigations and closures of NCs and HSE incidents and validating corrective actions.• Leading process improvement tasks.• Leading QHSE-related communications with external parties/bodies including internal/external audits.

• Assisting the organization in complying with current environment and health and safety legislations/regulations. • Identifying hazards and environmental aspects, establishing risk assessment and setting proper controls.• Performing Safety Observation Tour (SOT), plant inspections and audits on a weekly basis.• Investigating and reporting any hazardous working conditions to the QHSE manager and to related process owners and setting the right controls.• Organizing and conducting safety training and awareness programs to increase the environment, health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization. • Creating the evacuation plan for the plant and modifying it as needed.• Managing emergency drills to test and analyze the response of the occupants; and setting proper corrective actions.
