-Maintain Steel Business (Flat Product:HRC/CRC/GI)between Tokyo head office and Saudi Arabia customers.-Monitoring daily SBB news, detailed coverage of steel market activity.-Follow daily steel Raw Material prices.-Get firm offers from counterparty in Japan.-Visit customers to share market informations.-Collect inquiries and negotiate with customers.-After Selling Service: Submit sales contract. Follow LC's opening & amendments. Provide customers with Shipping documents & Shipment details. Follow up with customers if there is any issue (shipment delay, quality claim, damaged commodity,etc..)

-Payment Generation:Provide Cards verification to international merchants.-Grant authorization to merchants & Banks.-Monitoring fraudulent transactions. -Provide cardholders by informations related to their accounts. -Activate/Deactivate accounts as per bank's request.-Block cards in case of " stolen,lost,account termination" -Conduct line limit amendment entry.-Guide cardholders while withdrawing or accessing their accounts online.

-Managing daily sales.-Training new staff.-Visual merchandise.-Customer Service.-Reporting to the central office on weekly/monthly basis to discuss about sales target and new procedures.
