IT•Administering, coordinating and supervising the installation and configuration of Servers, Networks, Applications and Workstations.•Participating in the identification of needed requirements concerning the strategic application’s support and management.•Preserves assets by sustaining disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.•Administering the provision of technical support and troubleshooting to end users.•Participating in the development of the function’s work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures.•Control the IT budgets and expenditures.•Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.•Administering all SAP master data maintenance activities, including collecting data, preparing it for input, as well as monitoring its consistency.•Setting preventive maintenance schedules.•Supervising the administration of employees’ user accounts to ensure adherence to the set policies and procedures.•Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades. •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices and written protocols. HR•Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the HR to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.•Handles Budget, Personnel, Orientation, Payroll, NSSF & Insurance tasks.•Collects, analyzes and collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
