Project Description :1.  Construction of 25 storey servise apartment and retail shop at lot 186527 (PTD 200690) at Taman Perindustrian Plentong under main contractor Hong xin Group. ( Client Kerjaya Prospek)2.  Construction of 214 unit of double storey terrace house for client Mahsing Group at Jalan Kong - Kong Pasir Gudang, Johor. (Meridian East)  Scope Of Work1. Manage the project team in order to maintain good project time-frame and for project  implementation right up to CPC and CCC and handling over in accordance to requirement and expectation in respect of quality and specification.2. Ensure good quality of civil, mechanical, electrical and instrument work by subcontractor through inspection before involving consultant for   approval. 3. Responsible to ensure subcontractor were comply to relevant drawing and standard according to Tender Document.4. Responsible in paperwork preparation and and monitoring eg. RFI, RFWI,RFMA, DO and liase with  consultant, client and external authority.5. Working together with Site Agent and Site Manager in managing day-to-day operational aspects in order to achieve planned project progress and budget.6. Responsible in monitoring incoming and outgoing drawing issued and other relevant document by internal and external consultant.7. To gather, compile and prepare project report for meeting and documentation purpose.

Project Description :1. Construction of sugar refinery project ( 3000 tons/day of sugar refine factory) worth RM1.2B for FGV). Project divided to 5 main packages and 28 direct purchase packages.Scope of work.1.Lead engineer for main package 1 and 4 including some DP packages involved process & commeecial building.2. Lead/Conduct inspection related to civil & structure work request by contractor and ensure the working procedure to comply BS, Jkr and ASME specification or agreed method.                                3. Review and approve all paperwork related to civil & structure work submitted by contractor and responsible as a key person to inspect the completed work and to ensure all defect list are rectified.4. Compiling all detailed and prepare weekly progress report for c&s, m&e , electrical and instrument work and present to project PMT every week.5. Ensure the progress of site accurately to schedule in term of time, quality and cost by monitoring day to day work and problem solving especially for various interfacing issue related.6. Acting as Package owner and decision maker related to civil & structure issue and to ensure good practice of work performed by mechanical and electrical engineer with following PQP, P&ID and P& FD.7. Solving any coordination and interfacing issue related to other main and direct purchase packages contractor and responsible to ensure all problem are solved.8. Responsible to attend weekly meeting, progress meeting, interfacing and technical meeting conducted and responsible to call and conduct any relevant meeting related to contractor and consultant.9. Monitoring main contractor and subcontractor work on day to day basis to facilitate the construction  activities and ensuring all workers complying to standard safety practice. Also responsible to approve work permit submitted by contractor with advise by safety officer.10.  Authorize to issue memo, ncr and stop work for any non comply work or quality.

Project Descrition :1. Construction of borepile, foundation, and 3 storage of parking basement complete ground infrastructure including sewerage, road and slope guniting for 44 storage building project at Puteri Harbour for UEM Sunrise worth RM200M.2. Construction of substructure (spun pile and pilecap) structure, infrastructure work and installing chemical pipeline for Petronas Rapid Project worth USD350MScope of work.1. Ensure the progress of site accurately to schedule in term of time, quality and cost by assisting Project Manager in daily supervision.2. Related in direct order from the consultant and interpreting drawing and responsible to check anydiscrepancies related to drawing, material, method and etc.3. Making decision and technical solution in any problem and rectification with referring to Project Manager for any time and cost implication.4. Inspect the structure before and after and ensure the quality as per requirement and responsible to attend official consultant inspection and rectified for any comment given.5. Evaluation any discrepancies between architect and C&S drawing and monitoring subcontractor work.6. Responsible in method of statement, RFI, RFMA, daily record and shop drawing preparation with refer to Project Manager.7. Responsible to assist subcontractor in term of machinery and equipment arrangement such crane, backhoe, stock pile area and etc.8. Responsible to prepare and attend weekly meeting with consultant, client and any related party as instructed by project manager.
