I have over 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, computer vision, and microsystems. At the CERVO Brain Research Centre and Smart Biomedical Microsystems Laboratory, I developed an AI model to track and classify the behavior of 20 mice in a smart vivarium. This involved utilizing OpenCV for computer vision tasks, combining it with PyTorch for multiple object detection and pose estimation, implementing sort-based algorithms for object tracking, and using PyTorch for multi-class classification on large image datasets. Additionally, I engineered multiple lickometers using biomedical sensors, microcontrollers, and digital signal processing in Python to quantify mouse licks accurately.I thrive on collaborating with engineers and researchers to push technological boundaries.
