- Assisted in developing leasing strategies and marketing plans to capture large market share such as cold calling (at least 50 call) and Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP) when required.- Actively source and meet potential prospects with the purpose in securing merchant by conducting Product Research on daily basis.- Provided good customer services and maintain a close relationship with merchants by conducting Training sessions such as Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) Training via Gembox Application.- Proposed a full set of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Guidebook for the operation team and assisted in implementing the proposed (SOP) & policies to improve the profitability of company.- Handled all administrative duties for the operation and assisted offline marketing activities such as attending booth fairs (Matta Fair) and flyer distributions.- In charge of managing and issuing utility billing for monthly basis and reported to the relevant head of departments.- Managing Merchant's leave application from Google Form and monitored day to day attendance for record keeping.

- Prepared and delivered press release, media relation contents, social media content, speeches and dialogue proposals, emails, letter, memorandum, and notices.- Copy, edit, proof read, and revise communication on any related documents and materials.- Study, developed and suggested innovative programs to maximize internal communication and relationship such as CSR, Internal Trainings (Customer Service), and Team Building.- Assist in company events (Soft Launch), marketing activities and campaigns such as Merchant Days. - Act as liaison person to any guest attending company events and a positive representative to community.- Liaised with relevant government sector such as Embassy Offices (Asia) for diplomatic mission.(I have completed my Internship and was promoted for the permanent role as Executive Merchant Development in Gembox Holdings Sdn Bhd)
